Details:
1) Trial for Joanne Person, who was brutally arrested in her home in Coutts, injured, and kept in jail for 2 nights, deprived of her medication, and proper care. Her only crime was kindness and opening her home to others in need. She is facing charges of Dangerous Driving, Mischief over $5K, and criminal charges of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. She is courageously self-representing using the Canadian Bill of Rights and the Alberta Bill of Rights.
2) Bail hearing for Tony Olienick and bail decision for Chris Carbert. Both men, along with Jerry Morin and Christopher Lysak, have been held in custody without bail since Feb. 14, on criminal charges of conspiring to kill RCMP officers and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. The disclosure shows zero evidence of plotting to kill cops (or anyone) and no firearms charges have been laid.
